A Vintage Wedding

This was my first ivory wedding cake. The bride wanted it to look like a gift. The cake went beautifully with the decor at the wedding. I love the simplicity of it.

Fun Circles!

I made this cake to look like Maddie's bedroom! She has all these really cool circles in different sizes painted on her bedroom walls. I love how fun this looks!

13th Anniversary

This was a cake I made for our best friends' 13th wedding anniversary

There really are no words for this one. It speaks for itself!

A cute birthday cake that represented a collection of cats that the birthday girl collects. This was a fun one!

Here is a really pretty polka-dot cake that was done for a bridal shower.
The colors were very bright and made this cake very cheery!
A simple cake to celebrate Tom's career as dean at Doane College. The cake was a marble sheet cake with buttercream frosting.

This is a cake that I didn't think would actually turn out. It took alot of "painting" to get the animal faces to look like the pictures that I was given. I think it turned out great! I only wish that you could see the original photos to compare!

I love this one! The colors are a great combination. This was done for a baby shower.

This cake was made for a baby shower. I love the detail in the border.

I absolutely love doing cakes like these. This one was for a little boys' 1st birthday. The second photo is of the birthday boys' own mini cake that matched the party cake. So cute!

This creation was for a baby boy dedication. This cake was a huge challenge for me, the verse was so long and I was afraid it wouldn't all fit. With a few tricks, I accomplished something very cute. I love this one!

This is none other than Superman! I created this cake for Hunter's 4th birthday.

This beauty was for a wedding in April of 2007. The flowers are all fresh cut flowers. The cake was done in 3 different flavors. White, Lemon and Chocolate. This is one of my favorites.
